Each coaching session will prepare you to go with what is and live life to its full.

Get clear on what your happiness is & make a bee line for it. You're an individual with your own personality & experiences, so what makes you happy may not be the same for others. But keep your definition broad & fluid & never let others define this for you.

I BELIEVE THAT RESTLESSNESS & UNHAPPINESS HAVE AN IMPORTANT FUNCTION IN OUR LIVES.
It acts like a lighthouse signally to us that we have come off course and need to adjust our bearings.
For some, this manifests as burnout, low energy, obsessiveness, jealousy, helplessness, joylessness, state of limbo, addictions, worry, anxiety, anger or feeling victimized...to name a few of the experiences!
Pay attention to signs within your environment, and be honest with yourself when things are not as you desire & need them to be. Know you have the strength to deal with necessary changes. At these times, listen to your intuition. It will show you the way.
TAKE STEPS TOWARDS WHAT YOU DESIRE.
Embrace your aspirations & desires. But ground your dreams in reality. Your beautiful life begins with action, and is only possible once you start taking steps towards what you desire.

1.You don't have to wait 'til you feel more confident to begin making the changes you want to see. Where you're at right now is good enough.
2. It's action which creates change. No action is too small because all actions in the right direction help you grow.
