I’m Angela Gullone MPH, BSc (Hons).
I’m a personal development coach, accredited Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway® trainer, with a degree in Psychology and Masters in Public Health. My interests lies in resilience, factors which hinder and facilitate well-being.
My work is focused on you. I show you how to build confidence & self esteem, develop a positive & resilient mindset, while supporting you to create the happiness, purpose & meaning you long for.
If you believe in your capacity to grow, expand, develop & improve yourself you will flourish in whatever you choose to do.

Get clear on what your happiness is & make a bee line for it. You're an individual with your own personality & experiences, so what makes you happy may not be the same for others. But keep your definition broad & fluid & never let others define this for you.
When you begin to shape your life, you automatically build in meaning and purpose into your life, which is deeply satisfying and rewarding.
I BELIEVE THE PAIN OF RESTLESSNESS & UNHAPPINESS HAVE AN IMPORTANT FUNCTION IN OUR LIVES.
It acts like a lighthouse signally to us that we've come off course and need to adjust our bearings.
For some, this manifests as burnout, low energy, helplessness, joylessness, state of limbo, worry, anxiety, anger ...to name a few of the experiences!
Pay attention to signs within your environment, and be honest with yourself when things are not as you desire & need them to be. Know you have the strength to deal with necessary changes. At these times, listen to your intuition. It will show you the way.

Your beautiful life begins with action, and is only possible once you start taking steps towards what you desire.
With each new action you'll grow in confidence and courage.

Figuring out what you're about can leave you feeling confused, stressed, inadequate & scared. But hang in there, because if this stuff is important to you, you'll figure it out.

1.You don't have to wait 'til you feel more confident to begin making the changes you want to see. Where you're at right now is good enough.
2. Magic happens when we stop over thinking and start doing. Because it's action and showing up which creates change. No action is too small because all actions in the right direction help you grow.
Flow Life Coaching has been established since 2016. Many participants have experienced my powerful 1:1 coaching and attended a range of workshops. They've gained new insights, skills and come away feeling empowered.
