Q: Who can join?

A: Whatever you gender, age, marital status, ethnicity or religion you will benefit from the coaching.


Q: What happens during a coaching session?

A: To get the most out of your coaching session, you need to share what's been going with you and where you see yourself stumbling. I offer feedback and you get awesome tips on how to grow in greatness. You will come away feeling energized and clear on what action you want to take next. Each session will embrace the progress you've been making to improve and flourish.


Q: How long are the sessions?

A: Each session is 45 minutes long.


Q: How often are the sessions?

A:  This is up to you and your needs. Typically dedicated coaching sessions are bi-weekly or monthly, and the coaching agreement is delivered over 3-6 months.


The coaching for the 8 week Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway programme is delivered weekly, over 8 weeks.


Q: Do I need any special equipment?

A: The coaching is delivered live via video link. All you need is a computer, microphone and video. Most computers are equipped with these devices, so you're probably good to go!


Q: Is this the same as mental health support?

A: Coaching is focused on the present and future you. The emphasis is on developing your confidence and esteem so you can begin to live the life you want and show up in the world with confidence and esteem.


If you're seeking diagnosis or treatment for acute mental health problems or past trauma, you will need to speak with your GP for guidance on accessing counselling or dedicated mental health services.


Q: How effective is life coaching?

A: There is a growing body of research evidence in support of the benefits of life coaching. What clients’ gain varies because of individual needs and the focus of each programme.  But, some of the benefits can include:

  • Clarity over who you want to be, rather than who you think you should be
  • Better self-understanding-what your values and life purpose is
  • Clearer understanding of how to achieve your goals and live your dreams
  • Increased self-confidence, happiness, well-being
  • More confidence over decision making
  • Increased resilience over changes

Q: What if I want to cancel?

A: I want you to absolutely love and value each and every coaching session. So you’ll benefit from the support, make the changes you want to see, and come away feeling so happy you want to tell your friends about me and services. But if you change your mind, or you’re unsatisfied with the coaching, I will give you a full refund for the session in question and any future sessions you have paid for in advance.
